B. Straight Bar Curls 4x10
C. Pushups x50
4. Circuit
A. 1-arm DB row (65) 4x8
B. 1-legged squats (bodyweight) 4x6/s
C. Pallof Press 3x20/s
About to leave for Hilton Head, now I am starting to regret the squats. Just kidding.
