The Training session:
1. Foam Roll +Mobilit Workout
2. Road running a trail near my house finished at 4 miles.
3. Post Stretch/ Recover/ Relax
During the recovery process I killed a protein shake. Always try and throw down a shake within 45min-1hr post workout.
Ingredients for mine:
2 cups of whey
1cup of cottage cheese
handful of strawberries(6-12)
2 ice cubes
spoonful of peanutt butter
2cups of water
